Job Description

- Provide technical support for Heamatology & Coagulation Analyser and related IT product.
- Pre and post sales technical support to range of products.
- Provide Technical Support and Training to distributors and customers in Singapore and the region.
- Handling service calls, Repair & Preventive maintenance and related technical support work.
- Assumes additional related responsibilities and projects as required by the Senior Manager.

Job Requirement

- A Bachelors Degree in Biomedical / Mechatronic / Electronics Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience in Biomedical Equipment or related product Technical Support / Field Service experience.
- Diploma holder will also be considered if the candidate has at least 4 years of field experience.
- 2 years of experience in servicing and troubleshooting Hematology Analyzer Instruments is a great advantage.
- Must be IT literate and able to provide technical support for IT Products.
- Good English speaking, Teamwork and communication skill.
