Qualifications:

Master degree in physics / Biophysics, mathematics, computer science, electronics or equivalent field, with a strong interest in medical image analysis

Skills required:
Good programming skills (Matlab / C++) & Good communication skills in english

Project Details:

Project is to develop automated screening of retinal images of patients for diabetic retinopathy. A protocol for screening of the fundus images will be developed. The focus is on detecting changes in a series of fundus images of the same patient.
