Master degree in bioinformatics, biophysics, chemistry, biochemistry, physics or equivalent
Project Details:
Development & testing of specialized algorithms required for automated analysis of quantitative fluorescence imaging data to characterize the interactions and transport of protein sterol in living cells.
Skills required:
Candidate with good skills in Java- or MatLab-based image analysis, statistics and modelling of cellular processes and interest in experimental data generation.
