Project Details:
The project involves liquid NMR spectroscopy to solve the 3D structures of newly characterised cyclic nucleotide-binding domains of sperm cells in apo and holo states.
Qualification:
1.) Master degree in biophysics, biochemistry, biology, physics
2.) Basic Knowledge and /or experience in NMR Spectroscopy, protein biochemistry, biophysical characterization of proteins, structural biology.
