Job Description
RESPONSIBILITES:
- External sourcing of candidates, short listing of suitable candidates and ensuring an active funnel and pipeline of candidates.
- Responsible for maintaining and updating internal databases and working seamlessly with the consultants.
- Ensuring quick turnaround times on the available jobs.
- Arranging interview schedules between candidates and consultants.
- Candidate management and to be responsible for updating them through all stages of the recruitment process.
- Experience in handling international assignments would be an added advantage
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree qualification
- Min 1-3 years experience as a researcher/ recruitment consultant
- Bilingual
- Able to work in a fast-paced diverse environment.
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in a fast paced environment
- Ability to proactively source for high quality suitable candidates
- Proven track record in proactive and resourceful sourcing for high quality suitable candidates
- Excellent resume screening including :
- Excellent first level phone screening skills
- Administration of pre-screening test for selected jobs and data analysis
- Resourceful, proactive and attention to details
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-driven, highly motivated, team player, solid interpersonal and analytical skillsGood command of English with good writing skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Words, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
