PhD Fellowship in Biophysics - New Zealand
The Biophysics and Soft Matter Group at Massey University in New Zealand (http://www.massey.ac.nz/~mwilliam/) has an opportunity for a PhD student with strong computational skills to work on the modelling of biopolymer networks. The positions are funded for three years through the MacDiarmid Institute (http://macdiarmid.ac.nz/).
This is an opportunity to be involved in an exciting project aimed at using experimental input from single molecule experiments in order to predict the macroscopic properties of networks. The position will suit a student with strong computational skills who enjoys worked in an interdisciplinary environment. Interested parties should send an email to m.williams@massey.ac.nz.
Application deadline: 04 May 2012
